Who you are buying from

organize.ink is operated by Naisu Limited (company number 16039918), registered in England & Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. They are the seller for the transaction, they take payment, and they are responsible for VAT and sales tax. Your receipt and any VAT invoice come from them. We generate and deliver the planner itself, and handle all support.

What you are buying

A digital planner, generated to order to the configuration you choose, delivered as a downloadable PDF. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the file — not ownership of the underlying templates or the system that produces them.

Each planner is made for the choices you made at checkout — device, size, dates, language and pages — so the file you receive is produced for you at the moment you order, not pulled from a shelf. Generating it incurs server and computing costs then and there, which is one reason the right to cancel ends once download begins (see below).

Who can buy, and the licence you get

We sell to individuals and to businesses. A licence is per person: one purchase lets one person use the planner on their own devices. It is not a blanket licence to share one file across a team, a classroom or a whole organisation — if you want it for several people, contact us for a per-seat arrangement. We will always say yes to sensible team use; we just ask that it is licensed honestly.

Price and tax

Prices are shown before you pay. Where VAT or sales tax applies it is determined by your location and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. The total you confirm is the total you pay.

Delivery

Your planner is generated after payment and delivered by email as a download link, normally within minutes. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder and then email us — we will resend it. A delivery failure should never leave you without the file you paid for.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer you would ordinarily have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and receive a refund. Digital content is treated differently: that right ends once download begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.

We ask for exactly that at checkout, as a separate box you tick yourself. It is never pre-ticked. If you would rather keep your cancellation right, don't tick it — your order simply waits out the 14-day period before the file is released.

None of this affects your statutory rights where a file is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Refunds

A generated planner is made for one person's configuration, so a returned file can't be resold. That is not a reason to leave you with something broken:

• If the file is faulty or not as described — wrong dates, missing pages, wrong language, won't open — tell us and we will fix it and regenerate. If we can't, you get a full refund.
• If you configured it wrongly — wrong device, wrong start month — we will regenerate it once, free. Just ask.
• If you changed your mind after downloading, and you ticked the immediate-delivery box, we are not obliged to refund. We would still rather hear from you than have you stuck with something you can't use.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Email hello@organize.ink to start one.

How you may use your planner

You may:

• use it on as many of your own devices as you like
• print it for your own use
• keep using it indefinitely — no subscription, nothing expires

You may not:

• resell, redistribute or publicly share the file
• include it in a bundle, course or product you sell
• claim authorship of the templates or the generated layout

If you want to use a planner commercially — for a team, a classroom, or a client — email us. It is usually fine; it just needs a different licence.

What we don't promise

Public holiday and observance dates are provided for planning convenience. They come from official sources, and each carries a record of that source and our confidence in it — but calendars change and governments amend dates. For anything that matters legally or financially, verify against the official source for your jurisdiction.

We describe how planners fit each device using measured screen geometry, but we cannot guarantee the behaviour of third-party firmware or reading apps, which change without notice.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — a missed appointment because a date was wrong, for example.

Complaints and disputes

Email hello@organize.ink and we will respond within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it — the date at the top tells you which that was.
