The short version: we collect what an order or a subscription needs, nothing more, and we never sell it.

Who we are
Naisu Limited (company number 16039918), registered in England & Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, operates organize.ink. For data protection purposes we are the data controller. Reach us at hello@organize.ink.
What we collect, and why

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for anything an order does not need. We never receive your payment card details — see below.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record, through a fully secure payment gateway. They are the seller for the transaction and are responsible for collecting and remitting VAT and sales tax. Card details are entered with them and are never seen, handled or stored by us. They are a separate data controller for the payment, governed by their own privacy policy.
What reaches us is the order reference, the delivery email address, and the configuration purchased. Not your card number.
The newsletter is separate from your order
Buying a planner does not put you on our mailing list. Consent to receive letters is asked separately, is never pre-ticked, and is never bundled into a purchase. When you subscribe we send a confirmation email first and only add you when you click it — so there is a clear record of when and how you agreed.
The list runs on listmonk, self-hosted on our own server, so your address is not handed to a third-party marketing platform. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it takes effect immediately.
Who else touches your data
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payment and tax, as a separate controller
- Our hosting provider — the servers running this site, the shop and the mailing list
- Umami — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure in Germany (fully GDPR-compliant). It records no personal data and sets no cookies
- cdn.1024.systems — serving images and the planner builder
Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page here makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. We run no advertising networks and no social trackers.
Where your data is held
Our servers are in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, that transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order records — six years, the period UK tax law requires business records to be kept.
- Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal suppression record so we do not mail you again by mistake.
- Server logs — a short rolling window, then discarded.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- hand it over in a portable format
- withdraw marketing consent — any time, no reason needed
Email hello@organize.ink and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your own national supervisory authority if you are in the EU.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Templates you pin are kept in your browser's local storage, on your own device — that never reaches our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it. Checkout may set cookies strictly necessary to process your order.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data you have already given us.
